We have a passion for food and we want to share it with you. 

At the age of 17 I started working as a potwasher for Haberdasher schools, worked my way up to qualified chef by 20 and 2nd Head Chef by the age of 23. I've always loved cooking and my dream was to have my own cafe. 

That dream became true when I met my Wife who pushed me to take a risk with her and start our own cafe - a risk that we feel has paid off. 

At the age of 17 I started my apprenticeship at Humble By Nature's Cafe, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at HbN but moved on to pursue my career as a chef and to gain experience in a variety of settings. At heart I knew I would be back to the farm, and it didnt take me long...

At the age of 20 myself & my Husband Jake (25) launched the Pig & Apple.
